About the event

During this classroom session, you will hear about the endangered species around our coast and gain training in best practice handling and tagging techniques, data recording and how you can stay up-to-date with the wider tagging work. You will also receive a free equipment pack.

This event is aimed at sea anglers, boat operators, fishers and anyone who comes in contact with sharks, skates and rays during their work or recreation.

As part of this course, we also hope to tag the sharks and rays held at the aquarium - giving you a chance to put your new skills into action!
